Approach & ESG Governance

Our Approach

At G Mining Ventures, sustainability is more than a responsibility — it is the foundation of how we build trust, grow alongside communities, and create lasting value. We believe that mining can be a powerful force for positive change when developed with respect, transparency, and a genuine commitment to people and the environment.

This commitment shapes how we engage with our host regions in Brazil and Guyana. Our sustainability approach is grounded in the respect of people’s human rights, creation and sharing of benefits with local stakeholders and managing environmental and biodiversity impacts in a responsible way.

ESG Governance

Responsible and ethical business conduct is fundamental to our governance framework. Policies, standards, and management systems guide our approach and ensure that environmental care, social responsibility, and strong governance are not just aspirations — they are embedded in our daily operations and long-term planning.

ESG is embedded at the highest levels of decision making through a dedicated ESG Committee of the Board of Directors, which oversees sustainability strategy, policies, risks, and reporting.

2025 Performance Highlights

In 2025, G Mining Ventures moved from construction to full operation at Tocantinzinho, broke ground at Oko West, and embedded ESG frameworks across a now three-asset portfolio, delivering on every major 2025 business goal.
