P. Eng., M.Sc.A., CFA – Mr. Gignac has more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry. His expertise includes managing project development studies, providing open-pit expertise, financial modeling, and economic evaluation of projects. He has coordinated many mandates with numerous major mining companies ranging from early exploration evaluations to operations optimization involving all fields of mining and geology. He is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (“OIQ”) and the Canadian Institute of Mining (“CIM”). He holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from McGill University and a Master’s degree of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal and is a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Gignac also serves as a director of Major Drilling Group International.
Vice President, Finance & CFO
CPA, CA - Ms. Lafleur has been a Chartered Professional Accountant in Québec since 1998 and hold a Bachelor in Business Administration from l'École des Hautes Études Commerciales of Montreal ("HEC"). She has 20 years of experience in the mining industry. After four years with the accounting firm of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, Ms. Lafleur started with Cambior Inc. as Accounting Analyst and took on various positions of increasing responsibility with Niobec Inc. (2004 to 2008), Iamgold Essakane S.A. in Burkina Faso (2008 to 2014), Newmont Suriname, LLC (2014 to 2017) , and Aurelian Ecuador S.A. (2017 to 2020), a subsidiary of Lundin Gold Inc.
Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Dagenais is a Québec lawyer since April 1990 and has 30 years of experience in the mining industry, both in North America and internationally. He was Vice President, Legal Affairs & Corporate Secretary of Nemaska Lithium (2016 to 2020); prior to that, he held similar positions with Graymont Limited (2014 to 2016) and for the African region of Kinross Gold Corporation (2011 to 2014), based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. Prior to that, Mr. Dagenais worked for 15 years with Cambior Inc., in positions of increasing responsibility. He also was a partner of Lavery, de Billy, LLP, a major Montréal law firm and a partner of MinQuest Capital Inc., a private equity fund specialized in mining investments.
Vice President, Geology & Resources
Julie-Anaïs Debreil is a professional geologist with nearly two decades of international experience in exploration, mine development, and resource management. She has led multidisciplinary teams across Americas, delivering major discoveries, operational improvements, and strategic growth initiatives. Before joining G Mining Ventures, Julie-Anaïs held senior positions at G Mining Services and Premier Gold Mines Ltd., overseeing large-scale exploration programs, NI 43-101 compliant resource estimates, and technical due diligence for development and operating assets. Her expertise bridges technical excellence with business strategy, supporting long-term value creation. She holds a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from INRS-ETE (Quebec) and is a registered professional geologist in Quebec (OGQ) and Ontario (PGO).
Vice President, Sustainability
Eduardo Leão has over 15 years of experience in mining, environmental management, strategic planning, risk and crisis analysis, environmental projects and local development. Mr. Leão has extensive experience in Brazil, in both the public and private sectors, having previously held the position as Director of the National Mining Agency (ANM), Executive Secretary of Economic Development, Mining and Energy of the State of Pará, and progressively senior positions at Vale and various consultancies. Mr. Leão holds a Master’s degree in Geology and Earth Sciences from Federal University of Para and an MBA from Dom Cabral Foundation (Brazil).
Vice President, Investor Relations
Mr. Lemonde has more than 20 years of expertise working in capital markets raising and structuring debt capital and equity for private and public companies. He holds key relationships with the investment community with a specialized focus in mining and resources industries. Jean-François brings previous experience as the Managing Director, Institutional Sales at SCP Resource Finance, Vice President, Investor Relations at Osisko Development Corp., and progressive leadership roles with Desjardins Securities, Dundee Capital Markets, GMP Securities, TD Securities, and Goldman Sachs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from HEC Montréal.
Vice President, Corporate Development
Mr. Flegg has over 12 years of experience across the mining capital markets, which includes corporate development, investor relations, private equity and investment banking. His previous leadership experience includes serving as Chief Development Officer with Sigma Lithium, and as Director, Investment Management at Waterton Global Resource Management. He began his career in Investment Banking with Red Cloud Securities. Mr. Flegg is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science, Honours from Queen’s University. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Comet Lithium Corporation.
Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Corporate Secretary
Ms. Tremblay has over 25 years of experience as a business lawyer, having practiced in securities law, commercial law, corporate governance, and merger & acquisitions, with exposure to national and international transactions in various industries, with a focus on the mining sector. She brings leadership experience as the former Vice President, Legal Affairs & Corporate Secretary of Falco Resources Ltd., as well as a legal advisor for several mining companies with operations in South America, Africa, and Australia. Prior to that, she was a partner and associate in the business law group of two leading Canadian law firms. She also worked for the Montréal Exchange and Québec’s Autorité des marchés financiers and contributed as a board member of a not-for-profit organization accredited for international adoption. Ms. Tremblay holds a law degree (LL.B.) from the University of Montréal and is a member of the Québec Bar since 1995.
